Alcium's directors bring together a wide range of professional skills. The initial
four Directors of Alcium Software have been working together in the IT Industry
for over 15 years.
Peter Clegg
Peter graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 1995. He has been primarily
involved in developing and managing the Technical Department within Alcium Software.
Peter is responsible for researching and implementing the technologies used by Alcium.
Peter has accumulated 11 years' commercial experience in software design, development
and implementation.
Kevin Grimshaw
Kevin originally qualified as an Accounting Technician, but went on to achieve formal
qualifications in both Industrial and Computer Management. Kevin has now amassed
nearly 25 years experience of providing IT solutions for clients, from initial consultation
through to implementation, and has been involved in providing solutions for blue
chip companies in the Construction, Civil Engineering, Healthcare, Property, Retail,
Finance, Manufacturing, Publishing and Distribution industries. Kevin has achieved
the industry standard as an Adviser under the Technology Means Business scheme.

Kevin is a keen and active sportsman who enjoys playing squash, cricket and football.
He also manages two successful junior football teams.
Jonathan Williams
Jonathan is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University and has worked in the IT industry
since 1993. He had initially trained as an application programmer but soon gained
a broad understanding of the IT industry with responsibilities that included systems
programming, requirements analysis, business consultancy, software design, pre-sales
support and technical management.
In 2001 Jonathan became Sales and Marketing Director with responsibility for the
company's sales and marketing strategies.
Jonathan enjoys most sports, and regularly plays golf and football.
