On 17th March 2004, Alcium Software Ltd achieved accreditation to the requirements
of ISO 9001:2000.
ISO 9001:2000 is a quality management system which identifies and monitors the processes
we adhere to. This management system has been put in place to monitor, measure and
analyse the processes we use, and ensure we implement the actions required to achieve
our planned results and the continuous improvement of our processes.
The Certification recognises that we have systems in place to provide the highest
levels of customer service and satisfaction. Internal audits every three months
and regulatory audits every six months ensure that we continue to maintain and improve
our standards, to the benefit of our customers, suppliers and employees and the
overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Company.
