Helpdesk
All our solutions are supported by an extensive aftercare service. Alcium's dedicated
helpdesk provides technical assistance to over 1000 users throughout the United
Kingdom.
We aim to close out all reported calls on the initial call. If the problem is resolved
the call is logged and closed on our helpdesk software. If there is a need for further
investigation the call will be further investigated by our technical team. In some
instances it maybe necessary to remotely access a client’s site or request data
from a client to successfully close out a support call.
