North East Lincolnshire Council and Locate in Kent have each gone live with the Questionnaire module powered by Evolutive

The On-Line Questionnaire Module provides a facility to send a questionnaire via email either automatically or on request to enquiries and / or contacts. A fully audited service ensures that both the sending and receiving of the completed questionnaire is recorded and available for review at any time.

The Case Officer is alerted via email of any completed questionnaire, allowing follow-up action to be taken immediately if necessary. A comprehensive reporting tool allows responses to be analysed by a whole range of criteria including, by time period, by company sector, by enquiry type etc.
